598'S MONKEY RODI
The Monkey Rodi is a mobile suit that incorporates a Rodi Frame. Certain sections of its frame are left exposed, and it adopts a shield made from repurposed armor, making it a relatively inexpensive model. Its rounded armor is highly durable, and it can be controlled using the Alaya-Vijnana System, making it a highly maneuverable machine despite its appearance. The commander unit piloted by 598 can be distinguished by the horns on its head and its orange shoulders.
MONKEY CRAB RODI
This is a new configuration of the Monkey Rodi, which was modified by the Rakow Pirates' mechanic team for 598 to fully make use of his high-mobility combat abilities. The manipulators on the hands were removed and replaced with claws. Machine guns were built into the arms. It still retains its orange shoulders from its previous configuration.

TACTICS
Monkey Rodis utilize their high mobility and thick armor to swiftly close in on targets and engage in close combat. After being upgraded into the Monkey Crab Rodi, the mobile suit can attack intuitively using the claws on its arms and its ability to charge straight toward enemies.
RODI FRAME
Other than the Monkey Rodi, this versatile frame is used for countless variations, such as the Man Rodi, Garm Rodi, and Spinner Rodi, which are used for different purposes. They are inexpensive but highly durable, and are widely distributed around the world.
