Principality of Zeon Mass-Produced Mobile Suit
This is an advanced variant of the Zaku, a Mobile Suit secretly developed by the Principality of Zeon preceding the One Year War. Anti-nuclear equipment has been removed from the Type F models, which are specialized for mass production.
Since radars are unable to function on battlefields where special particles called Minovsky Particles were scattered, the Zaku, machines designed for visual combat, achieved extraordinary results in their initial battles. Ace pilots in the Zeon forces were allowed to have their Mobile Suits applied with color schemes that differed from standard units, and there are many variations. Among them. machines known as commander units are equipped with communication antennas.
This variant has a unique color scheme, an additional head antenna, and a shield armament. Its pilot's skills have resulted in numerous victories.
Weaponry
Zaku Machine Gun
This is the Zaku's main armament. Although their basic structures are mostly the same as weapons used by human beings, this has allowed them to be easily produced and maintained. This led to their mass production throughout the One Year War, and they supported the progress of the Zeon forces.
Heat Hawk
This is an armament for close combat. Its blade section can be heated to an incandescent state and can easily slice through normal weapons. Unlike the machine gun, it does not run out of rounds, and was favored by many pilots.
Shoulder Shield
This is the Mobile Suit's main defensive equipment and is attached to its shoulder, It is only attached to one side in order to take striking stances that minimize the Mobile Suit's surface area when receiving fire while charging toward enemy battleships. It is effective against most attacks from projectile weapons.
Mono-eye
This is the Zaku's eye which consists of various laser devices, sensors, and cameras. Its iconic mono-eye has terrified countless Earth Federation soldiers who have come across it. and it has also become a feature that symbolizes the weapon known as the Zaku.
