Instruction Manual

Axis (later known as Neo Zeon) developed various mobile suits for its Earth invasion operation. One of these MS was this AMX-101 Galluss-J.

Former Principality of Zeon forces' engineers who joined Axis were heavily involved in the development of this unit. Equipment such as the arm punch and finger launcher's concepts were inherited from Gouf type units. The heavy armor of this machine also indicates that it was developed for close-quarters combat. Compared to the former mainstay MS AMX-003 Gaza C, the Galluss-J has highly improved MS combat capabilities, evidencing that Axis was increasing its MS forces.

Galluss-J was to be used alongside the AMX-102 Zssa; the Zssa would first attack enemies with its missiles and then the Galluss-J would move in for a close-quarters attack. The Galluss-J's prototype was first developed inside the Endra, and was later mass-produced. The Galluss-J was used until the end of the First Neo Zeon War and was also used by Glemy Toto's forces who rebelled against Haman Karn.
