Compass Mobile Suit

A unit developed by ZAFT to be the successor of the GOUF Ignited. For cost-related reasons, the GOUF Ignited could not be produced in as large quantities as the ZAKU series, but mass production of this unit was managed by sharing parts with the GELGOOG Menace. Costs are also reduced with the B.O.L.E.L.O. backpack by standardizing some of the parts and manufacturing processes between the space (S) and atmosphere (A) units.

The B.O.L.E.L.O. A has a structure that prioritizes lift and other aerodynamic properties, and is equipped with several engines to emphasize flying speed, B.O.L.E.L.O. A stands for "Battle Operation Launch and ExpLosive Ordnance Air". The newly designed shield doubles as a weapon due to its built-in Beam Saber, and it is also equipped with the GOUF Ignited's distinctive Slayer Whip. Blue and orange is the coloring of the standard unit.
