Goodbye, Gundam.Info

Since 2007, Gundam.Info has been the official go-to source for Japanese Gundam news. With multiple updates dropping daily, it’s possible to track the development of the Gundam franchise closely for (almost) two out of its five decades.

With today’s launch of the new GUNDAM Official Website, Gundam.Info has posted that it will no longer receive updates, and that all further news will be posted on ✈️ the new site.

Thankfully almost all the core news articles have been ported over, and the new search functionality is surprisingly nippy. However, some images have been lost in the transition, plus text formatting can be funky in places.

Thanks for the ride Gundam.Info!

Here’s hoping that the same team is able to keep working as usual, just publishing to the new domain. One tip - I’d recommend bookmarking the News page if interested, as the homepage requires a pre-load — assuming due to its background videos.

As the final Gundam.Info post has stated, here’s hoping it really is… only the beginning!
